Terms and conditions of service
The following terms and conditions of service (hereby called “booking conditions”) will be enforced upon booking of table on-line by customer (“customer”) of White Lies (hereby called “White Lies”) through the website http://www.whiteliesrestaurant.com and/or applications and/or other channels.
In all events, customer must acknowledge and agree that booking of table or other channels is binding by terms and conditions as follows.
- 1. Booking of table on-line service
- 1.1. Customer who wants to book a table by on-line method must complete the booking by using the on-line booking form which is available on the on-line communication channels and must check the accuracy of information given in the booking. Which includes but does not limit to the date, time, number of seats, contact information, and credit/debit card information (if any) for the booking of table.
- 1.2. Customer must acknowledge and accept that the table position and/or the number of seats is at the discretion of White Lies.
- 1.3. Customer must acknowledge and agree that there is an advance booking deposit 2,000 baht/seat (“deposit”). The procedure of such booking must be done through 2C2P system which you will need to provide information includes but does not limit to name, address, email, telephone number and special request (if any), credit/debit card number and expiry date. All these information are required in order to guarantee for your booking for the date and time stated
- 1.4. Customer cannot repeatedly make the same booking. If this should occur, White Lies would consider it to be (1) just one booking or (2) decline/cancel all your requests for such booking. Without refund or compensation to you. In case of disputes under this clause, judgment by White Liess is final.
- 1.5. In case where White Lies accepts your booking request, you will receive an email confirmation with booking details at the email address which you have indicated.
- 1.6. Change of the date, time, number of seats or the number of table booked or cancelation of such booking (as the case may be) would be done in accordance to the condition stated by White Lies only. White Lies reserves the rights to allow only one change or cancel by 48 hours advance of the date and time of your stated booking.
In all events, White Lies will return the advance booking deposit to you after the deduction of fee or other proceeding stipulated by White Lies.
- 1.7. Customer must come for service on the date and time of the booking. If customer fails to show up within 30 minutes and does not come to use the service at the restaurant on the date and time of the booking without making cancellation of the booking under the conditions indicated by White Lies, it is considered that the booking is revoked.
- 1.8. In case that customer change booking information or cancel booking in less than 48 hours in accordance to clause 1.7 or does not come to use the service in accordance to clause 1.8, customer agree to let White Lies forfeit all advance booking deposits.
- 1.9. White Lies reserves the right to cancel your booking by confirmation notice of the cancellation to you by email. In addition, White Lies will not be responsible to the consequences from such cancellation, regardless of any reason. The right to return or forfeit will be in accordance with the conditions in clause 1.7 or 1.8 as the case may be.
- 1.10. In case of disputes, the judgement of White Lies is final.
- 2. Credit/debit card information
- 2.1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the booking which is done through 2C2P system must have the credit/debit information.
In order to complete the booking and in providing the credit /debit card information through communication channels, you guarantee that you have the lawful authority to provide such information and the information is factual.
In addition, you have the lawful authority to make payment through the use of the credit/debit card.
- 2.2. In all cases, White Lies will not be responsible for any thievery, fraudulent, or deception in regard to the credit/debit card or wrongfully or unauthorized use by outsiders.

2.3 Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment gateway (2C2P) or your financial institution can take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
All refunds will be made at the discretion of White Lies Restaurant.
- 3. The use of special privilege or voucher
(if any) in case that customer receives a special privilege or wishes to use a discount card/voucher, customer must inform of such special privilege at the time of making the booking. Otherwise, White Lies has the right to reserve the use of such special privilege or discount.
- 4. Denunciation of responsibility and limitation of responsibilities
White Lies does not guarantee the correctness of the information currently exist or given in regard to booking and will not be held responsible to anything which is derived from incorrect information such as typos, document error, or other errors or fail off of communication channel or information or other documents. This includes but does not limit to the confirmation of booking, edit version of confirmation of booking, and confirmation of booking cancellation. In all cases; White Lies had no obligation to notify that an information has been corrected.
- 5. Intellectual property
Customer agrees and accepts that information, article, photo, audio, logo, and/or any part of this website includes but does not limit to the copyright, trademark, service mark, brand name, database, trade secret, patent, knowhow, business data, etc. Which appears on the website are protected by intellectual property laws and are under the ownership, copy right, right and property of White Lies only.
- 6. General conditions
- 6.1. Non-operation or ignore or delay in the use of any right of White Lies under the conditions of booking is not considered to be a waiver or unused either in parts of whole. White Lies still has the right and obligation under the conditions of booking in all respects.
- White Lies reserves the right in making change, adjust, cancel, or modify either in parts or whole of the booking process either temporarily or permanently without an advance notice.
Additionally, White Lies may break up and/or suspend you from using and access to the booking service (or parts of the service) or related services at any time with immediate effect and without an advance notice at the discretion of White Lies only, no matter for what reason includes but does not limit to the follows.
(A) If you are unable to confirm or guarantee the correctness of your information to which you previously gave to White Lies.
(B) If White Lies has the opinion that your action may create any form of responsibility or
(C) If White Lies has the opinion that your action is not appropriate or improper.
